Even for the indefatigable N'Golo Kante, his time at Al Ittihad, and in the Roshn Saudi League, had to come to an end at some point.
The France international, 34, was on Tuesday confirmed as a star signing for Turkiye giants Fenerbahce, bringing to a conclusion the midfielder's almost three years in the Kingdom.
Part of the history-making wave of elite players to join the RSL in the summer of 2023, Kante went on to make 79 top-flight appearances for Al Ittihad, scoring eight goals and registering nine assists.

The FIFA World Cup winner was crucial to Al Ittihad’s double last season, with the Jeddah club sealing the RSL title with two rounds to spare before going on to add the King’s Cup two weeks later.
Kante may be known as football’s quiet man, but his game during that superb spell with Al Ittihad spoke volumes.
