Al Kholood celebrate first-ever RSL win, v Al Wehda

It marks a remarkable story for a club who eight years ago were contesting the fourth tier of Saudi football. 

With RSL “survival specialist” Noureddine Ben Zekri drafted in as manager, Al Kholood look for inspiration from 2022-23 RSL champion goalkeeper Marcelo Grohe, on-loan Real Betis attacking midfielder Alex Collado, and Nigeria captain William Troost-Ekong.
