Al Hilal keep pressure on Al Nassr as RSL title race goes right to wire

Needing to win to keep the pressure pinching on Al Nassr at the summit, Al Hilal duly delivered.

The 2023-24 champions saw off NEOM Sports Club 2-0 at Kingdom Arena on Saturday night, where goals from Ruben Neves - a 10th-minute penalty - and the in-form Sultan Mandash ensured the 2025-26 Roshn Saudi League title race will go right to the wire.

Heading into Thursday’s campaign conclusion, Al Nassr lead the standings by two points. Defeat Damac at home and a first top-flight trophy in seven years will be theirs.

However, should they slip up, Al Hilal know victory at Al Fayha at the same time would be enough to take the title in the most dramatic of circumstances.
