The nominees are as follows, with the chance to cast your vote below...
--------
Jorge Jesus - Al Nassr
Winner of the 2023-24 award, the Al Nassr tactical has guided the club to their most RSL wins in a single season (27) and their longest winning streak - second in league history - with 16 consecutive victories.
Jesus has masterminded Al Nassr's formidable attack: the table-toppers are the only team to score in every RSL outing this term. The former Al Hilal man has also three Manager of the Month awards.
--------
Matthias Jaissle - Al Ahli
The highly respected German, voted Manager of the Month in January, has guided Al Ahli to 23 wins - the second-highest this season (tied with Al-Hilal) after Al Nassr. Jaissle has also put together the RSL’s strongest defence, conceding the fewest goals so far (24 so far).
--------
Simone Inzaghi - Al Hilal
The intense Italian stands out as the only manager in the Saudi Pro League Era to have gone undefeated through his first 32 RSL matches, contributing to Al Hilal's 40-match unbeaten run.
Inzaghi has successfully kept the 2023-24 champions’ title hopes alive until the final two rounds, amidst fierce competition in his debut season in the Kingdom.
--------
Brendan Rodgers - Al Qadsiah
The former Celtic and Liverpool manager ranks as the best coach since his arrival in the RSL in mid-December, based on points earned. Rodgers has accrued 57, compared to 56 for Jesus and Jaissle - as of the time of the nominees announcement.
In that time, the Northern Irishman’s side have scored the most goals by some stretch (62) setting a new club record for Al Qadsiah.
--------
Saad Al Shehri - Al Ettifaq
The super Saudi has proven himself worthy of his nomination, with Al Ettifaq remaining in contention for an AFC Champions League spot with two rounds remaining. Al Shehri has also demonstrated his exceptional ability to revitalise players: for Georginio Wijnaldum last season, read Khalid Al Ghannam this.
The former Saudi Arabian age-group coach has amassed 48 points this season, lifting him to the Saudi coach with the most points in RSL history (105 points so far).
