Cristiano Ronaldo’s spectacular overhead-kick for Al Nassr has been voted BSF Goal of the Season for the 2025-26 Roshn Saudi League, comfortably topping the public poll that featured all 34 weekly winners from across the campaign.
The award-winning strike came right at the death of the eventual champions' 4-1 victory at home to Al Khaleej last November, when Ronaldo rose high inside the visitors' penalty area to meet Nawaf Boushal's cross and power home one of the greatest goals of his GOAT career.

The stunning effort quickly went viral across social media, offering another reminder of the Portuguese superstar’s unrivalled global reach. Ronaldo remains the most-followed athlete in the world, boasting more than one billion followers combined across Instagram, Facebook, X and YouTube.
The goal, one of the 28 Ronaldo scored through the 2025-26 RSL to finish third in the race for the golden boot, sees the Al Nassr skipper win successive Goal of the Season awards following his incredible volley against Al Riyadh during the 2024-25 campaign. This term, he won it with 34 percent of the vote.
Earlier this year, Ronaldo celebrated another major milestone when he became only the fifth player in Saudi Pro League history to score 100 RSL goals. His season concluded in memorable fashion: he scored twice on the final day for Al Nassr to seal a first top-flight title in seven years.
A goal worthy of winning any award, Ronaldo’s remarkable overhead-kick will undoubtedly be remembered as one of the defining moments of the record-breaking 2025-26 RSL.
