RSL title challengers confirm Netherlands international joins from English Premier League giants
The Roshn Saudi League continues to add real star talent, with Al Qadsiah completing the signing of Tijjani Reijnders from Manchester City,
Reijnders, 28, was confirmed as Al Qadsiah’s latest recruit on Wednesday, the Dutch midfielder having agreed to a five-year deal.
The former AZ Alkmaar and AC Milan star spent last season at English Premier League side City, playing 47 matches and contributing seven goals. He helped the club win both the League Cup and the FA Cup.
Reijnders featured for the Netherlands at the 2026 FIFA World Cup this summer, playing three times.
At Al Qadsiah, he joins Brendan Rodgers’ RSL title challengers, who opened their 2026-27 campaign last week with an impressive 3-1 win at Al Shabab.
